How to know if you are fat

I look at my photos now and compare them to those about 8 years ago and i look mildly different. My face looks fuller and so does my body. But that nearly doesnt show 8 years. However I got my passport size photos freshly made today and had them printed.  Now that showed atleast 5 years if not 8. I am officially a “Fat face”. It doesnt become very apparent in general photos coz you probably would be doing a lot of things like leaning on a rock, making horns with your fingers on your friends head, or just basically you are far enough to not have all the focus of the camera on your fat face. But passport size photos dont lie. It clearly shows you are a fat face. And it kills you. To know that you are just as vulnerable as others as far as aging goes–it kills you. The way youth is considered “prime value” asset, the thought of losing it frightens. I ran to the nearest mall and got some nice clothes. It made me feel good. But knowing that days arent far when you will be a golden oldie..it just feels so wrong. And yet so right. Makes you humble, more than ever. Yes, As much as I hate getting old, I think it is fair. That’s one thing that God has certainly made “fair”. Like death. Death and aging, the only certain and perhaps the true things in life.
